Our 1-Year manufacturer's warranty covers any device malfunctions that may arise from the normal-use of your device up to 1-year from the date of purchase. This includes any defects on the design of the device, the diodes, the charger, and in most cases the battery (please see below).
What is not covered:
Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by liquid spills, dropped/smashed devices, or through weather damage (Extreme heat/cold temperatures). In most cases, the battery is covered - but only under circumstances where it's a defected battery.
Warranty Example Scenarios:
Example A: Jack purchases a helmet and finds that after just 3 months of use, his helmet cannot complete a full session without needed to be recharged. In this situation, Jack's order qualifiesfor a replacement under our manufacturer warranty as this is likely a defected battery.
Example B: Joanne purchases a helmet and after 7 months finds that one of the diodes in her helmet doesn't emit any light. In this situation, Joanne qualifies for a replacement under our manufacturer warranty.
Example C: Arvin purchases a helmet and by accident spills his green tea on the device. The device does not turn on anymore due to liquid damage and as a result does not qualify for a replacement under our manufacturer warranty. Although, if Arvin purchased a carePlus plan - his helmet will be covered for any defects or damages incurred by spilling his green tea.
