1. 30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
  • You must include all original accessories and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at returns@hairtific.com with your order number, and a representative will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect due to our error.

2. 12-Month Money Back Guarantee

We are committed to helping you achieve your hair growth goals with our products, subject to the health disclaimer in our Terms of Service, which clarifies that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are not satisfied with your results after consistent use, we offer a 12-month Money Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must use the product (e.g., hair growth helmet) as instructed for a 12-month usage period, which equates to exactly 365 days, beginning on the day you place your order. Consistent use is essential, as visible hair growth results may take several months.
  • After the 365-day usage period, you have 14 days to request an RMA number for a return. Returns requested after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • The product must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and accessories, subject to inspection.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return under our 12-Month Money Back Guarantee: Email returns@hairtific.com with your order number within 14 days after the 365-day usage period. A representative will provide an RMA number and return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

3. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is delivered defective or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, or a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at returns@hairtific.com within 30 days of delivery to report the issue and receive an RMA number and return instructions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Order Cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it under the 30-day return window or 12-month Money Back Guarantee, as applicable.

6. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, a 10% restocking fee (based on the purchase price) and any associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must be in like-new condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the product is returned damaged.
