1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We also support shipping to Military Addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS). International shipping is not available at this time, and orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. This requires a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your order due to the value of our products. This method protects both you, our valued customer, and us.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Free ($0.00)
  • Expedited Shipping: $34.99 (additional fee)

The selected shipping cost is included in the total order amount displayed at checkout, along with the product price and any applicable sales tax, ensuring full transparency before you confirm your purchase. No additional fees will be applied after purchase.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
    • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays. In the event of significant delays, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout. We strive to meet these timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress based on updates provided by USPS. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@hairtific.com.

6. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change before your order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify the address as it is in the hands of USPS. To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@hairtific.com.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at support@hairtific.com. If the package was delivered without your presence, notify us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance with next steps.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, we will initiate a claim with USPS. Upon completion of their investigation, we will provide a refund or replacement. Contact us at support@hairtific.com if your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe.

8. Order Cancellations
