We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all purchases made at our store. The total cost of your order, including product price, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you submit your order. Payments that have been rejected due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or suspected fraud will not be shipped under any circumstance. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may perform additional verification, such as contacting you to confirm your identity or payment details, before processing the order. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Sales Tax
All items shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to California sales tax based on the California Board of Equalization’s Tax Table.
